Darrell Hammond and Amy Poehler (as Bill and Hillary Clinton)

We kick off the list with Hammond and Poehler. Despite staying out of the limelight relatively speaking, Hammond is one of the best impressionists on the planet. He portrayed some figures on SNL (more on that later). With that said, his ability to conjure up the southern lilt of George Clinton made his impression fabulous. Amy Poehler played Hillary Clinton quite well for a long period. With that said Hammond gets the slight edge here performance-wise.
