This band formed in the early 1970s in London. Known for their flamboyant, mustache-sporting lead singer and his powerful vocals, they blended rock with a variety of other music genres to create a new, unique sound. They delivered “arena rock” anthems that have become staples at sporting events and other public gatherings. One of their most iconic live performances was a 20-minute set at Live Aid 1985.
